Only family members, close friends and relatives attended the wedding ceremony on Wednesday.

Sahal Abdul Samad has been brilliant for India in recent months. Sahal got married after returning home after the pre-season vacation.

Sahl's bride is also a former badminton player. The engagement between the two ended a few months ago.
